I worked with the Axiom team to create a sophisticated platform capable of analysing various aspects of workplace utilisation. My initial steps involved in-depth research to understand key workplace components such as demographics, design elements, working styles, work patterns, and sustainability impacts. This research guided the design and development of a user-friendly platform that could provide actionable insights into workplace efficiency.
I designed an interactive interface that facilitated easy navigation through complex data, enabling organisations to quickly assess and interpret their workplace dynamics. The development included the integration of the wrkx INDEX™, a bespoke algorithm that scores workplaces on the wrkx Thrive Index™ metric, allowing for easy benchmarking against industry standards. I used the no-code tool Bubble.io to create the platform, which allowed us to rapidly build and launch the platform.
