I was engaged to lead this pivotal transformation. I began by strategising the transition, focusing on how to replicate the engaging and interactive elements of physical events in a digital environment. This involved extensive market and user research to understand the needs and preferences of senior leaders and CEOs who would be using the platform.
I designed a user-friendly interface that catered to high-profile executives, ensuring that navigation and content access were seamless and intuitive. I developed a robust subscription-based platform that not only facilitated online events but also offered a range of educational and inspirational content tailored to the needs of its elite audience.
The result was a world-class subscription e-learning platform that offers live digital events, workshops, and a wealth of on-demand content designed to inspire and educate leaders.
The Growth Faculty successfully transitioned to a hybrid (physical and digital) model, expanding their reach and impact among global executive audiences. The platform has become a vital resource for leaders seeking continuous learning and connection with peers, significantly increasing subscriber engagement and satisfaction.
