Balo sought to revolutionise Salesforce support by offering on-demand access to top-tier experts. The challenge was to create a user-friendly platform that effectively connects clients with the right Salesforce specialists while ensuring a seamless and efficient booking and support experience. I worked with Balo from the inception of the platform, contributing to the definition of the MVP and shaping the product roadmap. By conducting in-depth user research and competitor analysis, we developed a comprehensive information architecture that optimised user flow and task completion. We then created wireframe prototypes to visualize the platform's core functionalities and iterated on the design based on user testing feedback. The final phase involved designing high-fidelity screens and interactions to create a polished and intuitive user experience.

Laying the foundation for a successful launch

The Balo platform features a clean and intuitive interface designed to simplify the booking process. Users can easily search for Salesforce experts based on specific skill sets and availability. The platform incorporates a robust scheduling system that accommodates various time zones and booking preferences. To enhance the user experience, we implemented a rating and review system to facilitate trust and transparency between clients and experts. Through a collaborative design process, I played a pivotal role in shaping the Balo platform. The resulting design has laid the foundation for a successful launch and is poised to transform the Salesforce support landscape. As Balo continues to expand its services, the platform's design will evolve to meet the growing needs of its users.
